It's a boy!

Congratulations to Colleen and hubby Andrew on the safe arrival October 26th of son Miller. He weighed 7 lb. 10 oz., born at Markham Stouffville Hospital. Colleen and Miller are doing well.

HST now in effect

On July 1, 2010, the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) came into effect in Ontario. Thirteen per cent will now be charged on all hair services.
 

Newest stylist... a face from the past

Suzanne, our newest stylist, brings to the salon more than 25 years experience, including three years with the salon in 1985 and a long stint with a Toronto salon. “It feels like I have come full circle,” says Suzanne, who has also worked at a salon in Collingwood, Ontario and done film and TV shows.

Suzanne’s arrival is very timely as Svengali is just hustling these days. Clients, new and old, are dropping by to be “Svengalied”. Whether you need a new colour or cut, come in for a ‘sneak peak’ of the hottest new looks this season.
