Shy, retiring, withdrawn – not!
For 12 years, stylist Olga has had just one response when a new client comes in with a special request or not quite eliminated ill feelings about a salon that delivered a bad cut or color. Bring it on!
Olga loves a challenge because it provides a channel for her endless reservoir of energy and creativity. She considers it a duty to entertain her clients, but is equally adept at being a sounding board, a special talent shared by all Svengali stylists. She invites one and all to ask her the ultimate question: what is my best look?
